Are you passionate about marketing, social media, and making a positive impact? Join our team as a Marketing & Development Intern and contribute to our mission to support and empower people with disabilities through our life-changing programs.!

As a Marketing & Development Intern at The Arc of San Diego, you’ll work side-by-side with our marketing team to gain hands-on experience in implementing marketing strategies, fundraising, and community outreach.

You will;

• Collaborate with our marketing team to establish and maintain editorial calendars
• Track and analyze social media trends and outcomes to optimize our strategies.
• Develop and publish engaging content across various social media platforms.
• Generate compelling visual and written content for online and print publications (newsletters, flyers, presentations).
• Engage with potential and current donors.
• Identify funding sources (grants, donors).
• Complete grant materials.
• Support special events coordination (Golf tournament, fashion show, gala).

This internship is an on-site, in-person position. While this is an unpaid internship, you will have the opportunity to acquire real-world marketing skills and contribute to a meaningful cause.

Interns typically work 4-5 hour shifts 2-3 times per week during our 8 am - 5 pm office hours. The minimum commitment is 3 months.
