The Lost Towns Project, Inc., in cooperation with the Anne Arundel County Cultural Resources Section, has numerous volunteer opportunities year-round and welcomes newcomers of all levels of experience!

Gain hands-on experience washing, labeling, and identifying artifacts at the Anne Arundel Archaeology Lab. The lab is currently open for volunteers on:

  • Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
  • One Saturday a month from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm

No previous experience is necessary.
Children under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

We follow all applicable State and County COVID-19 requirements.
