SCRAP Creative Reuse is a local creative reuse center searching for fiber fanatics!
At SCRAP we intake 5,000 lbs of donated material each month. Our largest and most frequent donations are fabric yardage. We are looking for volunteers that have a love for fabric to measure, roll, price, and sort our fabrics. We are a small team here at SCRAP, and we rely on our volunteers to keep new items flowing out to the floor everyday. If you are passionate about reuse culture, and getting creative with ways to save our planet, this is the opportunity for you!
Volunteers receive a day of discount, and unlimited high fives from our staff.

Description
At SCRAP Creative Reuse we take donations of clean, reusable creative supplies and make them available to the community at a low cost. In the Ann Arbor community for 36 years, we have a warehouse full of colorful, exciting art and craft supplies that can be used in all kinds of creative projects. We have an education program for kids and workshops for adults. It is a vibrant place to volunteer! Our wonderful volunteers sort donations, shelf materials, assist in the retail store, assist with our children's programming, help with fundraising/event planning and many other great opportunities for this colorful Ann Arbor nonprofit art supply store.
