To continue the healing ministry of Christ by promoting the quality of life and independence of each person entrusted to our care.

Description

St. Augustine Health Ministries is a mission-driven, faith-based, not-for-profit organization committed to delivering comprehensive health care and social services to our community. Our services include:

  • St. Augustine Health Campus: Offers care for the chronically ill and aging through short-term rehabilitation, assisted living, and long-term care.

  • St. Augustine Child Enrichment Center: Provides early education and child care for over 40 children, from 6 weeks old through preschool.

  • Holy Family Hospice: Offers compassionate end of life care to patients, both in their homes or in our Hospice House located in Parma.
