I've been volunteering for the Roseville Library for a year now. My experience has been positive. The facility is professionally managed and operated, and the volunteers and staff members I have interacted with have all been a great help. I went through orientation and training under Christopher Webber's department, also. There can be a considerable delay between the date of orientation, and the starting date for performing volunteer work; which is inconvenient, but mandatory for safety purposes. In my case, the completion of Live Scan paperwork through the police department took several weeks to process and receive back.

I was very interested in the Time Travelers special project. I am well qualified, retired and excited about helping. I interviewed with Chris Webber months ago, went for LiveScan...and have had no response since. That was weeks ago, despite emails and phone messages I left. I would have appreciated the courtesy of a response.
