Men and Women United For Youth and Families

Men and Women United for Youth and Families is a small non-profit located in Delco, North Carolina. We dedicate our efforts to supporting youth and families through various programs. We have a Youth Ambassadors program that nurtures and trains youth to be entrepreneurs and leaders in their communities through gardening, climate, and social justice projects that help build self esteem, character education, and community involvement. We facilitate Strengthening Families classes where we promote and educate parents and youth on how to strengthen their family unit through healthy communication, love and limits. We also have basketball teams and a summer camp to provide team building skills & summer enrichment to our young boys and girls. We manage & operate a community Job Center that houses our many programs and resources; like help with job search, resumes, food and referrals to organizations that can better assist with a specific need.
