Destined for Greatness Outreach Youth Center is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that serves elementary, middle, and high school students in the Greater Atlanta (metro) area. DFG was founded in 2010 and has impacted over 1000 children in the State of Georgia through community events, mentorship, virtual tutoring, and much more. Currently, we are looking to expand our Creative Team. Graphic Designer:(Volunteer Opportunity to grow with the organization) We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer with up-to-date knowledge to interpret our needs and to design solutions with high visual impact. You will work on a variety of products, product packaging, exhibitions, corporate identity, etc. The goal is to get our message across. Responsibilities: Cultivate a solid body of work. Take the design "brief' to record requirements and needs. Schedule project implementation Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts. Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas Amend final designs to comments and gain full approval Work as part of a creative team with copywriters, designers, stylists, executives etc. Requirements: Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality Demonstrable graphic design skills Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc.) Highly proficient in all design aspects Professionalism regarding time and deadlines. Destined for Greatness Mentoring Program! Destined for Greatness Outreach Youth Center, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that provides programs for elementary, middle, and high school students in the Greater Atlanta Metro area. For more than 14 years, Destined for Greatness has been dedicated to developing today's youth to become tomorrow's leaders. It is our hope to become one of the non-profits that is able to help bridge the gap and achieve the goal of "celebrating our youth and opening doors for their future". DFGOYC Youth Mentor Program matches mentors with students in one-to-one relationships throughout the academic year. Through these relationships, as well as recreational and group activities, our matches share friendship, support, and fun. Mentors and mentees get together at least once a week or a total of 5 hours a month. Both mentors and mentees make a commitment to spend time together throughout the year. They can participate in activities they both enjoy. We are looking for those that are passionate for youth, ambitious, consistent, reliable, and understand the mentoring relationship is a process that takes work and time. DFGOYC was developed as a solution to the need of youth empowerment programs within the Georgia area. DFGOYC provides mentoring programs and the necessary tools to assist the next generation with a place of safety to build character and development goals. Currently, DFGOYC is expanding our teams and we are recruiting passionate volunteers for our social media marketing team. We are looking for organized creatives that have a passion for videography, photography, content creators, film, edit video content according to the organization's needs. Excellent computer literacy Proficiency with editing software such as Photoshop, etc. Excellent interpersonal skills Design Promotional Videos for community events, building fund, informercials, etc. Attention to detail. We desire someone to grow with our nonprofit organization.

For more than 14 years, Destined for Greatness has been dedicated to developing today's youth to become tomorrow's leaders. Through an array of programs that includes mentoring, performing arts, after school tutorial, feeding the homeless, signature monthly events, parent support, and fundraising. We are dedicated to closing the achievement gap and advance academic and development growth for our youth. DFGOYC was founded in 2010 developed as a solution to the need for youth empowerment programs in our communities. Volunteers are said to be the backbone of our society. They are generally the true HEROES who are constantly ready and willing to contribute their personal time, talents, and physical energy to help support the success of the organization in accomplishing all goals and objectives. Currently, we are recruiting volunteers who are dependable, consistent/reliable, and team players to come and grow with us!
