I have been volunteering with Compeer since November of 2011. me and my friend meet every Tue. 5:00 to 7:00. we are very close friends today. Compeer is a chance to do somebody good in the community with a very flexible schedule. all you have to commit to is 1 year at 4 hours a month. Thanks to Compeer it has giving me the opportunity to help someone with a mental health diagnostic get out of isolation and back into the community.
