At Dream It Forward, our mission is to empower youth ages 25 and younger to thrive by fostering holistic growth in knowledge, skills, and cultural awareness, cultivating a community of resilient leaders and well-rounded individuals for a brighter future.

Description

Empowering DREAMERS

We provide critical support during key life stages: K-12, college, and the transition into adulthood. Our programs are tailored to benefit all youth, with a special focus on those in underserved communities.

Our DREAM mentoring program offers a range of services:

  • Academic Support: We provide tutoring, college counseling, and academic resources.
  • Career Development: We offer career exploration, job readiness training, and internship opportunities.
  • Wellness Programs: We promote healthy lifestyles through fitness activities, nutrition education, and mental health support.
  • Mentorship and Wraparound Services: We provide personalized mentorship and support through programs like summer feeding and holiday gifting.
