One need is taking class footage and creating performance or compilation videos or taking the footage of others and creating promos YOU MUST BE RELIABLE, HAVE AND SHOW INITIATIVE AND BE SELF-MOTIVATED - KNOW YOUR WORTH! If you are interested in doing remote videography assistance, such as making the promo and compilation videos, (it is also written in the agreement) all footage remains property of BCAI (for youth protection purposes). If you would like to utilize your work in your portfolio, it would need expressed, provable permission from BCAI, which would obtain the expressed, provable permission from parents of youth featured. **Everyone that works for and with BCAI-CAH must have a background check performed at their own expense of $19 through Sterling Volunteers, as we are predominantly a youth organization and it is mandatory

A social media team of minimum 2-3 people could get BCAI elevated to the place it desesrves to be on behalf of the youth and cultural artists we serve and will/should be here for in the future Volunteers that help with BCAI's sm will need to understand how to operate within the analytics of each platform, strategies that boost interactions and have the initiative and creativity to make magic(k) happen - or have the skill to do whatever deep dive research is necessary We have about a decade of footage that can be used in reels, shorts etc or repurposed as a static graphic or other edits. Recruitment of students, volunteers, team members, board members, sponsors (All of the above is not necessary for ONE volunteer) Be able to creatively market BCAI to obtain the different necessary members Reach out to every culture and background BCAI already has a strong network to start with. You could help structure a strategic plan or leverage your and our existing networks to pull together the ideal results - we love some team work!
