Description

We provide free programs for anyone "touched by cancer", including cancer patients, survivors, their families, friends and caregivers.

Our programs and services include:

The Healing Arts, including Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Relax and Stretch, Pilates, Meditation, Reiki, Reflexology, Therapeutic Massage and Art Therapy.

Wellness seminars and other educational programs.

A Resource Library with cancer resource materials, general interest books and internet access.

A children's play room for use by parents who are participating in our programs.

Ongoing support groups led by qualified, trained and experienced facilitators.

A beautiful lounge area available for support groups, small meetings and a place for relaxation.
