Monday through Friday we offer exercise classes on 4 levels to our clients. We are looking for volunteers in each class. There are certified coach in the classes and we will train for specific classes: Exercise, Drums Alive(r), Pilates, Mindful Movement, Strength classes, Falls prevention, Boxing.

InMotion has exercise classes where volunteers help the coaches: Monday through Friday during the day. 4 levels of exercise classes including strength and core. Spinning Boxing Drums Alive(tm) Combo classes Music/Dance Exercise Mindful Movement-Yoga Pilates(r) and Pilates strength(r) Strength classes Art Lectures Looking for volunteers for our reception desk. Volunteers check in clients at the front desk for their classes, answer their questions, help them enroll in new classes and are a friendly face as people come into InMotion. We will keep you busy!

InMotion is seeking volunteers in our exercise classes, our spinning classes, and our boxing classes and more! Our welcoming, warm, and energetic environment is a wonderful place to volunteer your time! Volunteers will be trained by our coaches. Each class is one hour in length. You can volunteer for one class/week or multiple classes/ week. All clients, staff, coaches and volunteers are required to wear a mask if the level in Cuyahoga is high. Otherwise, mask are optional.

InMotion is a nonprofit center devoted to the health and well-being of those affected by Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders. All services are free of charge.

We’re a community of medical professionals, specialized trainers, dedicated staffers, volunteers, clients with movement disorders, and the people who care about them. Our team understands what it takes to improve and maintain quality of life with a movement disorder.

InMotion is a bold new concept - one that is virtually cost-free. We offer programs that advance the mind, body and spirit to push the management of movement disorders in a promising new direction.
