Continuum Care Hospice is looking for the right person to provide phone support in our office a minimum of 2 hours per week. We are needing someone who can create a positive experience with each call, and who can communicate the needs of the patient to the patient's hospice team members. You will receive training and support in our small, friendly office. If it is a good fit for both of us, we hope that you'll consider this a long-term volunteer opportunity. Certified Visiting Pets Volunteers Needed for Hospice Visits

Are you lucky enough to have a sweet dog that has already been certified as a therapy dog? We are looking for people with certified therapy dogs to make friendly visits to our hospice patients. At this point, we can only take dogs that have already been screened and certified by a credentialed dog trainer. All visiting dogs must be current with their vaccines.
