Although I'm not used to the fact of helping children I do enjoy bring joy and comfort towards them and I think my friend would enjoy this as well seeing how she also enjoys working with children this would be the perfect job for her.

It's a matter much easier and faster way to volunteer do to the fact that it provides information on multiple organizations and events for people like myself who are always looking for ways to make a difference in someone's life.

The Girl Scouts of America is an excellent organization which affords one the opportunity to mentor and encourage young girls to be the best possible person they can be. It is so much more than selling cookies or magazines. Girls get to give back to the community, learn about environments, local organizations, cooking and the importance of respecting all people

I signed u to volunteerwith this organization. About a month later I received a letter in the mail stating someone would be in touch to get everything set up. That was the last I heard from them. I tried emailing to see what was going in and no response. Guess they didn't my help...

I would recommend an opportunity like this to any one who is willing to show young girls how to become a better person inside and out. I believe it is an open opportunity to learn new things about yourself and how to become open to other girls like you. People can gain great leadership skills and communication skills in this organization.

Absolutely love Girl Scouts! The skills and memories these girls acquire will last a lifetime, not only that but also the friendships and the confidence in themselves. It's super fun and very rewarding to see them grow and learn and know that you are helping them be successful leaders.

Girl Scouting is a great way to help girls grow as leaders. I have been a troop leader for 7 years and cannot begin to articulate the joy and fun this experience has brought to me.

It's very fun, energetic and not at all boring. It's really cute and the children are really nice as well. You get more hours if you actually join a troop and it's more rewarding as well. :) Very nice for anyone of any age, especially if you're a female.
