Description

Volunteers enhance the quality of city parks and recreation programs and complement maintenance of venues and facilities including the following: Trail litter patrol and trail surface maintenance; minor painting projects at various facilities including painting over grafiti; coach youth athletic league play from T-Ball to adult softball in both co-ed, girls leagues and boys leagues; monitor activity of teens at new teen/community center including tutoring/mentoring in homework lab; support roles at special events such as Children's Day in the Park, Ice Cream Zoofari, and Hot El Camino Cruise Nite.
