Mission Statement
Waypoint's mission is to inspire people to move forward. For more than 130 years, Waypoint's services have evolved to meet the ever-changing needs of individuals, children, and families. Today, Waypoint offers a variety of proactive services and resources for those experiencing housing instability, poverty, or violence or needing access to quality, affordable child care.

Waypoint's services are now impacting more than 20,000 individuals each year. Our current programs include:
HOUSING SERVICES
Our Housing Services help households experiencing housing instability thought multiple best practice programs.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE VICTIM SERVICES PROGRAM
Waypoint’s Domestic Violence Victim Services Program provides support services to help victims and their families cope with the trauma of controlling, hurtful intimate partners. Waypoint's Domestic Violence Victim Services supports the following counties: Benton, Black Hawk, Buchanan, Delaware, Dubuque, Jones, and Linn.
SURVIVORS' PROGRAM
Waypoint's Survivors’ Program supports and advocates for individuals who have lost a family member or friend through homicide or vehicular homicide, or are victims of violent felony crimes. The Survivors' Program serves Benton, Des Moines, Henry, Iowa, Jefferson, Johnson, Jones, Keokuk, Lee, Linn, Poweshiek, Tama, Van Buren and Washington Counties.
KIDSPOINT: CHILD CARE SERVICES
Waypoint's child care program, KidsPoint, is built upon over 30 years of experience designed to offer high-quality early education to children from all backgrounds. KidsPoint is composed of two Learning Center and Preschools, before/after school programming, and Summer Day Camp.
