To provide equal access throught effective communication for the deaf, deaf-blind, hard of hearing and speech-impaired community. Also to promote and encourage independent living for all individuals with disabilities.

We provide various services to provide access and to promote independence such as:
Interpreting services 24 hrs a day/ 7 days a week
Employment programs for individuals with all disabilities
Housing program
Mental health counseling
Domestic Violence program
Advocacy
Hearing Aids/ Food Pantry/ Prescription assistance
Notary Services
Sign Language Classes
