As a Mentor, you’ll help them develop leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills while becoming part of a global community of students and professionals creating technology for good. This volunteer role is ideal for teachers, community members, and industry professionals passionate about bridging the gender gap in STEM! Mentors guide a team of 1-5 girls through the season, helping them learn coding, entrepreneurship, and real-world problem-solving. Technovation provides all necessary training, curriculum, and support. No tech experience is required to volunteer! We recommend registering by December 6 to allow ample time for preparation before the season begins.
