Since its founding in 1999, The Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship Fairchester, serving Fairfield County, CT and Westchester County, NY, has provided entrepreneurship and career awareness education to over 16,000 youth attending schools in districts where 50% or more of the poulation is eligible for free/reduced lunch. NFTE recruits and trains volunteers who enrich the learning experience for students. Volunteers coach students on their business plans, judge business plan competitions, deliver pertinent businbess presentations, and mentor students.
