Medina County Domestic Relations Court

Mission Statement

Medina County Domestic Relations Court exists to resolve legal cases involving divorce, dissolution, the care and support of children, and the protection of victims of domestic violence. The Court is obligated to help families in transition to resolve their differences about finances and property, to ensure that the families' financial needs are met, and especially, to help families resolve disputes regarding children. The Court is responsible for determining what is in the best interest of the children when their parents disagree. The Court is committed to resolving disputes and helping families evolve to their new family relationship.
