Catholic Eldercare provides the care, housing and services needed by older adults to continue living fully - with dignity - in an intentionally created community.

Description

The Catholic Eldercare community includes independent living apartments, two assisted living communities, memory care, adult day services, 150 bed skilled nursing and a mid-sized transitional care unit with 24 private rooms.
