Connecting with the team and the local farmers was every weekend was so fun. It was hard work but very rewarding once all the produce made it safely into the community fridge.

CSA is a wonderful organization which serves a growing community of individuals and families who are struggling with the rising prices in our area. I've volunteered with CSA for many years and currently work in the Food & Nutrition Center once per week. I encourage everyone who would like to help relieve the strain of hunger, housing, and homelessness to volunteer at CSA.
By the way - some volunteer spots fill up quickly, so keep checking back to see the latest requirements for volunteers.
