Mission Statement
St. Catherine's Center for Children provides a comprehensive range of human services designed to offer hope, foster growth, and improve the lives of the children and families we serve.
Description
We have five core programs here at St. Catherine's Center for Children. Our residential program serves children ages 5-13 who have been removed from the care of their parents due to abuse, neglect, and other issues. We provide care for them 24/7, including therapeutic treatment for the trauma they have experienced. We also have a homeless shelter for families and a foster care program. Our community based services work with families who are at risk for being separated. We help remediate issues within the homes in an effort to keep the family intact. Lastly, we have a special education elementary school for children ages 5-13 who cannot attend school in a traditional setting due to mental illness or behavioral problems.
