HIRED has been serving the Minneapolis/St. Paul region since 1968. During that time, HIRED has assisted more than 150,000 job seekers including public assistance recipients, ex-offenders, youth and dislocated workers. The people we serve go out into the world with renewed self-esteem to become productive, contributing, valued members of our community. We have been successful in assisting our clients because we stay focused on our mission. We treat each client with the dignity and respect he or she deserves. We help our clients think broadly about how to draw on all of their skills and experience to identify types of jobs for which they are qualified. And we help our clients see their next job as a step toward a career, and a career as the key to achieving economic stability for themselves and their families. HIRED serves more than 10,000 people annually in upwards of 70 programs.
