Chicago Urban Art Retreat is a great place to grow. There are many opportunities to volunteer here all year long. It is totally up to the person if they want to help and grow. There is work ethic here. Working here is like working in many places. You will always see many opportunities listed here. There are every day opportunities as well. Gardening, Peace Park, Art Gallery, Art Studio, Office, Community Work, Activism, Community Events.

The event wasn't so much a volunteering opportunity, as it was a workshop lecture/discussion with two other people (the organizers).
