DuPage Children’s Museum (DCM) is looking for energetic volunteers who want to work - and PLAY! As a Play Facilitator, you will be engaging children and adults in DCM’s hands-on exhibits by playing, exploring, and facilitating positive learning experiences and special activities. Volunteers enhance our ability to deliver quality programs and visitor experiences. This is a great opportunity to inspire families, share your enthusiasm, and meet new people! our greatest need is weekday volunteers available anytime from 9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Your time at DCM as a volunteer will be unique and rewarding, and we can’t wait to meet you. More Details: * Regularly scheduled volunteers receive a complimentary Museum Membership. * Flexible shifts to fit your schedule. Length of shift starts at just 2 hours. * Comprehensive 2 hour training is provided. * Experience working with children is helpful but not required.

Are you a people person who loves kids? DuPage Children's Museum wants you! As a greeter, your smile will be the first thing our visitors see as they enter, and your "Thank you for coming" will be the last thing they hear on their way out. We are looking for friendly, outgoing teens through senior citizens to greet and answer general questions. Two-hour shifts are available throughout the week and weekend.

Retired Teachers' Opportunities
