Mission Statement
American Corporate Partners (ACP) is a nationwide nonprofit organization dedicated to helping veterans transition from the armed services to private enterprise through career counseling and networking with professionals from some of America's finest corporations and select universities. More than two million men and women have served in our military since 9/11, and they’re coming home. As these veterans return to civilian life, they could use our assistance transitioning into new careers. Many Americans want to support our veterans in a more impactful way than writing a check or sending a holiday card overseas, but they don't know how. ACP AdvisorNet gives the American people the opportunity to assist returning veterans with their careers in a meaningful and engaging way
Description
ACP is a national nonprofit organization focused on assisting returning veterans and active-duty military spouses in finding their next careers through one-on-one mentoring, networking, and online career advice. Since 2010, more than 32,000 veterans and active-duty spouses have completed their ACP mentorship and told us their mentors made a material difference in their transition experience. Questions can be related to employment, career development, small business, and professional development.
