Let's Celebrate, Inc.

Because I was a tenant in one of their buildings,and it took a long time for them to respond to a complaint,they never answer there phones,voice mail always full so you couldn't leave a message,so i assume they didn't pick their voice mails on a regular.Known have a hard time getting my security deposit back since I move out on 7/31/11.Ive have taking their management company(s.e.a realty)to court and the case was ruled in my favor and they ignor the ruling.And they are trying to make me responsible for some green tile that they had to remove form the bathroom floor,which was there beforeIi moved in,and explained that the tenant that is in my old apt is the tenant the lived there before me and she must have put the tile on the bathroom floor which they shoul already know,and still no return call.And the person the runs LETS CELEBRATE also runs the management company that manage the building i lived in,and the super runs the kitchen at LETS CELEBRATE,so theres something fishy about them
