Baltimore Citizens for Positive Change is a violence prevention organization that promotes self-sufficiency by creating sustainable employment and affordable housing opportunities through robust programs that raise the economic, educational and social levels of residents in Baltimore City. This will be accomplished through the development and implementation of Green Job Training and Entrepreneurial Coaching.

Baltimore Citizens for Positive Change has programs which allow it's participants to reposition themselves for economic, educational and social advancement in the Baltimore Metropolitan area.
