The Ventura County Museum of History & Art educates the public about the history and art relating to Ventura County through collections, research, exhibitions, publications, and other activities that engage, entertain, and inform.

Description

A regional museum featuring changing exhibits on the history and art of the area; a long-term exhibit on the history of Ventura County; and the George Stuart Historical Figures, one-quarter life-size portraits of historical personalities. The Museum also maintains an historical research library and museum store.
