Description
Inland Valley Hope Partners' is a nonprofit organization that began in1968 as the Inland Valley Council of Churches. They realized more needed to be done within the Inland Valley Community to feed the hungry and shelter the homeless. They now operate four Food Pantries, a Family Residential Emergency Shelter, and a Pomona Valley Certified Farmers' Market in the East end of Los Angeles County and the West end of San Bernardino County.
We serve more than 75,000 children, men, and women through our four food pantries, located in Pomona, Ontario, San Dimas and Claremont, the "Our House" emergency shelter and the Pomona Valley Certified Farmers' Market. We promote food drives, toy drives, and fund-raising campaigns aimed at giving individuals and families meals to bolster their health and spirits. Our goal is to find a home for individuals, couples, families, and children who have none, and to feed those who are hungry.
