Description

Kuakini Health System is a nonprofit corporation that operates for charitable research and educational purposes to support and encourage social, human, health and medical care services. The Health System is committed to providing quality health care to the community through programs and services in areas such as ambulatory care, 24 hour emergency services, cardiac services, cardiovascular services, an executive health program for corporate and business clients, gastroenterology, comprehensive digital imaging services, pulmonary services, a Sleep Disorder Center, oncology, orthopedics, rehabilitation services, general adult medical/surgical services and geriatric services. Kuakini is the only Hawaiian owner/member of Premier, Inc. - a voluntary alliance of two hundred forty owner/operators with over 1,800 affiliated nonprofit teaching and research hospitals and medical centers throughout the nation.
