An IRS certified 501(c)3 non-profit organization, Exchange Family Center makes a difference in the lives of children, adolescents and their families through the provision of family support, counseling, case management, group counseling, education, and supportive services.

These services are provided through our three main programs, including Early Childhood Outreach (EChO), Family Support Program (FSP), and the Parenting of Adolescents (POA) program.

The Exchange Family Center is a tremendous program that does a lot of good for its community. I could give statistics, but it's really best to contact the group itself and let them tell you the good they do-- Nothing is as impactful as hearing stories about the specific families and children they help. Just be aware that they are typically looking for more skilled volunteers and do conduct group interviews (though it was just two people when I went). If you fit the bill, I would highly recommend this organization-- The work is exceptionally rewarding whether you set up tables at their events, filing paperwork, or directly helping the families.
