The Dessert Project

Description

Founded by a family of passionate bakers, our nonprofit was born from the simple joy of sharing desserts with loved ones. As we baked for family and friends, we realized that for many, sweet treats are often a rare luxury rather than an everyday delight. Driven by the belief that no family should have to miss out on the joy of dessert, we’re on a mission to make these sweet moments more accessible to all.

We aim to strengthen our community by bringing people together through the shared experience of baking. By offering delicious, homemade desserts to families in need, we hope to spark connection, create lasting memories, and remind everyone that a little sweetness can go a long way in building stronger, more united communities.

Our incredible volunteers are the heart and soul of our work. They generously provide the ingredients, the kitchen space, and their time to help make each dessert and deliver them to recipients. We are deeply grateful for their unwavering commitment and willingness to support families and spread joy through their kindness. Without them, none of this would be possible.
