To provide a space in which people from many different backgrounds can come together and create shared experiences.
Description
At SPECTRUM ARTS PRODUCTIONS, our goal is to use the arts to inspire, teach, heal, and celebrate the power of diversity. Starting with the most basic foundation of storytelling, we bring shared ideas alive through music, theatre, and dance. Age, gender, race, and culture are blended and pushed through a prism that results in our shared spectrum.
We produce intergenerational workshops, where seniors and teens meet over a course of weeks and create a presentation for the community at large.
We produce theme based variety showcases, for audiences, including a one act play, dance section and music section, featuring professional performers.
