Our Mission: Provide local HR education and resources. Central Valley SHRM is a 501(c)3 non-profit, 100% volunteer organization, and Central Valley’s affiliate chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management ( SHRM), the world’s largest association devoted to human resource management. Founded in 1993, our mission is to serve the needs of local HR professionals.

How knowledgeable your HR department is affects everyone in your organization. We are available to assist any individual or organization that wants to strengthen their HR knowledge and skills.
