Crouse Health Foundation Volunteer Role: Administrative Support Department: Crouse Health Foundation Location: Syracuse, NY Time Commitment: 2 days per week, 2 hours per day, between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM. About Crouse Health Foundation: The Crouse Health Foundation is dedicated to supporting the mission of Crouse Health Hospital by raising funds for vital programs, equipment, and services that directly impact patient care. We are committed to providing the best possible healthcare to our community. About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented volunteer to provide administrative support to our Foundation team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills and a willingness to assist with a variety of tasks. Responsibilities: ● Filing paperwork both electronically and physically ● Data entry into our donor database ● Assisting with mailings and other administrative tasks as needed ● Maintaining confidentiality of all donor information Qualifications: ● High school diploma or equivalent ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) ● Excellent organizational and time management skills ● Strong attention to detail ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team ● Positive attitude and willingness to learn Benefits: ● Make a meaningful contribution to the health and well-being of your community. ● Gain valuable experience in a professional healthcare setting. ● Develop new skills and enhance existing ones. ● Connect with other dedicated volunteers and staff members.
