As we grow, we seek passionate individuals to join our Board of Directors and help shape the future of our organization. Board Member Responsibilities: As a board member, you’ll play a crucial role in guiding CDAWF’s mission, strategy, and growth. Responsibilities include: Strategic Planning: Help set the direction and priorities for the organization’s programs and initiatives. Fundraising & Development: Support and participate in fundraising efforts to ensure the sustainability of our programs. Financial Oversight: Review and approve annual budgets, ensuring financial accountability and transparency. Advocacy & Outreach: Act as an ambassador for CDAWF, helping to build partnerships and increase community awareness. Board Meetings: Attend quarterly board meetings (virtual or in-person) and actively contribute to discussions and decision-making. As we expand, we’re seeking a skilled Data Analysis Volunteer to help evaluate our programs and social media presence, maximizing our reach and effectiveness. Role Description: We’re looking for a Data Analysis Volunteer to collect, analyze, and interpret data from our programs, social media platforms, and survey responses. This role will also involve participation in project planning, fundraising initiatives, and volunteer training efforts to help guide data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities: Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyze data from program attendance, survey responses, and social media metrics to track engagement and impact. Social Media Insights: Monitor and interpret social media analytics to understand audience engagement and suggest improvements. Survey Design & Analysis: Create and distribute surveys to capture valuable feedback from participants and volunteers; analyze responses for program insights. Project & Program Support: Assist with program planning, training, and fundraising initiatives to ensure effective, data-backed strategies. Reporting & Recommendations: Develop reports on findings, trends, and recommendations to support organizational goals. Qualifications: Experience with data analysis and reporting (nonprofit experience is a plus!) Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or software like Tableau Familiarity with social media analytics platforms (e.g., Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics) Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Passion for mental health support and community engagement Training Requirement: Volunteers in this role will gain access to a wide range of training in the nonprofit sector, including data analysis, program evaluation, social impact measurement, and nonprofit best practices. This training will provide you with valuable insights and skills applicable to your work with CDAWF and the nonprofit sector as a whole. Role Description: We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Coordinator to manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. As the voice of CDAWF on these platforms, you’ll play a vital role in connecting with our community, sharing mental health resources, and helping us increase awareness and impact. Responsibilities: Manage and update our social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn) Create, schedule, and post engaging content relevant to our mission and programs Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner Track performance metrics and suggest improvements to boost engagement and reach Collaborate with our team to plan and implement social media campaigns Stay informed about social media trends and best practices to enhance our strategy Qualifications: Experience in social media management or digital marketing (nonprofit experience is a plus!)
