We are dedicated to fostering innovation and creativity to address anti-Blackness and systemic racism. The organization believes that true innovation can only be achieved through inclusivity, equity, and justice. Our focus is on the development and prototyping of social solutions.

Description

The Empowered Innovation Alliance (EIA) is a new 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization inspired by its founder, Yvette Dubel’s work as an Artist-Researcher, applied to actionable projects advancing social innovation. EIA is not merely about delivering a series of projects; it represents a commitment to using art as a catalyst for personal and societal transformation towards a world that works for all of us.
