Mission Statement
The Nurturing Place is a space where the intention is to "heal the whole person" mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. The space is set-up similar to a gym where we offer multiple modalities in service to healing the whole person. The multi-modality space is intentionally designed to assist the participant in consciously bringing forward their experience in all four areas. By doing so, the participant gains access to transforming and elevating their understanding of themselves and their experience of living.

Adults in our society are looking for support, but don’t know where to turn. Our aim at The Nurturing Place is to change that. Our mission is to create a safe space for healing, growth and community for everyone.
TNP operates as a multi-modality center, offering group and individual therapy, classes in wellness practices like yoga and meditation, a resource center with carefully curated books and materials focused on growth and healing, and a playground for creative expression. The organization's comprehensive services are designed to support individuals as they navigate their healing journeys, providing tailored plans and guidance based on each participant's unique needs.
The organization serves a broad demographic by implementing a sliding scale membership fee, ensuring that individuals from various financial backgrounds have access to TNP's offerings. Additionally, the organization encourages community involvement through volunteer opportunities, further fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for participants.
TNP's activities are managed by licensed professionals and aim to serve the community by promoting individual and collective well-being. All generated funds are reinvested into the organization to advance its mission of providing accessible, comprehensive support for those seeking to improve their overall wellness and grow.
The first TNP location in Austin, Texas, will serve as a pilot site for refining the organization's model and understanding community needs.
