Mission Statement
The Brooklyn Seltzer Museum is dedicated to preserving and promoting the effervescent history of seltzer water as a cultural force in both New York City and around the world.
Description
Located within the oldest seltzer works in New York City (a family run business now in its fourth generation), the Museum celebrates the production of seltzer, the science of seltzer, its cultural importance, and the value of local, family-run businesses.
Opened in 2023, the Museum offers public and private tours on a weekly basis and offers special weekend events year-round (Open House New York, family seltzer party, seltzer art show, The National Egg Cream Invitational, and more).
