Mission Statement

Our mission is to empower the African diaspora, particularly young people, to take control of their own narrative by educating them about their history, culture, and heritage

Description

Founded in 2023, The Black History Foundation was created with the purpose of preserving and promoting the rich cultural narratives and historical contributions of Black people throughout the world. Recognizing the lack of representation in historical education, our founders envisioned an organization that would highlight the greatness of Africa and the African diaspora. We aim to inspire the next generation to take pride in their heritage and contribute meaningfully to the preservation and dissemination of Black history.

As a volunteer, you will play an essential role in helping us achieve our goals. Whether you’re interested in educational outreach, historical preservation, blockchain technology, event planning, or fundraising, there’s a place for you in our growing organization.

Your contributions will help us:

* Conduct community workshops and educational programs.
* Plan and execute cultural events.
* Research and preserve historical records and artifacts on blockchain.
* Spread awareness of our mission through social media and other platforms.
* Assist with fundraising efforts to support our programs.

Together, we can create a lasting impact and bring the stories of Black history to the forefront of global consciousness.
