To empower Tanzanian women to become entrepreneurs
Give a Heart To Africa (GHTA) is a volunteer, grass-roots, non-profit organization located in Tanzania. GHTA offers free one year education to Tanzanian women in English, business and vocational skills and upon graduation assists some of them with starting a small business. All of our subjects are taught by international volunteers and our team, all of who are GHTA's former graduates. We do not have any paid staff overseas and even our founder managers GHTA only as a volunteer. Only our team in Tanzania are paid staff as it is one way we offer employment to our students.
