Description

uEmpower, a youth-led international organization based in Weston, instills confidence in girls from a young age, preparing them for career leadership roles and offering global volunteer opportunities. Founded in 2022 by Aadya Chaudhary, Ayushi Patel, and Harshita Chintapudi, the 501(c)(3) nonprofit addresses the lack of women representation in various industries through mentorship and opportunities. They have launched over seven initiatives in the last two years. Their Connect Series features women leaders, connecting over 20 mentors with girls worldwide in various fields. The Chapters Program encourages girls to lead local empowerment projects, with 26 chapters in countries such as the Philippines, India, and Morocco. The Empowerment Letters program inspires girls in shelters and hospitals through volunteer-created letters, distributing over 700 to date. Impacting over 4,000 youth with 630 volunteers in 32 countries and 27 U.S. states, uEmpower continues to expand, offering numerous volunteer and growth opportunities.
