Mission Statement
Our mission is to empower the Rohingya community in Georgia by providing comprehensive support services that enhance their quality of life and promote self-sufficiency.Whether it is offering educational programs, facilitating access to healthcare, providing legal assistance, or simply offering a supportive community, we strive to ensure that every individual gets the help they need when they need it most.
Description
The Rohingya Community Service of Georgia (RCSG) is dedicated to supporting the Rohingya population in Georgia by fostering community integration, cultural preservation, and providing essential services. Since our establishment in 2020, RCSG has been at the forefront of advocating for the rights and welfare of Rohingya refugees, helping to smooth their transition into Georgian society.
Our goals are centered on empowering the Rohingya community through educational programs, legal aid, and social services that promote long-term self-sufficiency. We provide language training, job placement assistance, and cultural activities that honor our heritage while also connecting us with the broader community.
Among our major achievements are the successful integration of over 100 families into local neighborhoods, the launch of our annual cultural festival, and ongoing partnerships with local businesses and educational institutions to ensure continued support and opportunities for our community members.
As a volunteer with RCSG, you will be joining a committed team that is making a tangible difference in the lives of many. Your contributions will help us continue to offer vital services and expand our programs to reach even more individuals in need.
