Our mission is to empower future storytellers of color to find their voice and transform their lives through the art of storytelling.
Description
We off an empowerment program, the Virtual Story Lab, a transformative six-month virtual program for young Black men from Essex and Union County. Led by professional storytellers, participants explore, reflect, and use multimedia tools like writing, filmmaking, photography, and broadcasting to overcome trauma, reframe narratives, and shift perspectives through storytelling.
