The goal is to focus on ensuring the program is fully operational, reaching the intended population, and delivering impactful services to low-income pet owners in Mobile County and Baldwin County, Alabama. Goal: In 2025, we will establish a system for monitoring and evaluation (M&E) to track program outcomes and gather data for future improvements. This system will allow us to measure our impact and ensure that we are meeting the needs of the community. Objectives: Develop an M&E plan by the end of Q1 2025 that outlines key performance indicators (KPIs), data collection methods, and timelines. Collect and analyze data on the number of families assisted, services utilized, and participant feedback. Conduct 2 program evaluations in 2025 (one at mid-year and one at year-end) to assess the effectiveness of the program and identify areas for improvement.
