This role is ideal for individuals looking to apply their expertise in Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate to enhance our operational efficiency. The volunteer will play a crucial role in simplifying workflows and implementing automatic notifications, ultimately contributing to our mission of improving lifeguard response in critical incidents. Key Responsibilities: Workflow Analysis: Assess current workflows and identify areas for improvement using automation tools. Power BI Development: Create visually engaging dashboards and reports to provide insights into key operational metrics and data. PowerApps Creation: Develop user-friendly applications to streamline data collection and reporting processes for our team. Power Automate Implementation: Design and implement automated workflows that enhance communication and task management across the organization. Collaboration: Work closely with team members to understand their needs and provide technical support during the transition to automated processes. Training & Documentation: Assist in creating documentation and training materials to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes.
