Horrible lack of communication - never resulted in being able to volunteer. Started off very excited thinking this was going to be a fantastic opportunity. Communication in the beginning was a bit chaotic (testing was not kept in a chain, turned into a group text then moved to whatsapp). As I was not local to the area I paid to take online classes on food and alcohol handling / serving. Mr Lemons (leader of the event) stopped communicating about a 5 weeks before the event. I reached out by text multiple times and contacted the organization via online links but never heard back. 6 days before the event he reached out to ask if I was still volunteering. Originally my friend and I were planning to volunteer for all 3 nights but by the time I was contacted we could only offer to volunteer the first night. I was told I would have all the info by Tues but never heard back from him. Completely disorganized, unprofessional and lacking in so many ways - CAN'T recommend working with them ever!
