Mission Statement
We are an LGBTQIA+ volunteer organization founded in 2011 with the mission to promote Fellowship, Fun and Philanthropy throughout the LGBTQIA+ community and Tampa Bay as a whole. To accomplish this mission, we engage in public service events, host socials, and partner with other non-profit groups in the Tampa Bay Area. Most of our events are free and open to anyone interested in attending. We do have a few special events throughout the year where there is a fee or donation to attend.

Balance Tampa Bay places great value on fellowship, philanthropy, and service. We actively engage in initiatives that uplift and support those in need, while remaining adaptable to the changing needs and perspectives that emerge. Through volunteerism, fundraising, and partnerships with local organizations, we aim to make a meaningful and lasting impact on the lives of individuals and families. We believe that fostering a sense of fellowship, combined with philanthropy and service, strengthens the fabric of our community.
